Randstad India has appointed Narayan Iyer as its new Managing Director for India and Chair of the Randstad India Management Council, effective June 29, 2026.

New Responsibilities: In this leadership role, Iyer will spearhead all four of Randstad India’s business specializations: Operational, Professional, Digital, and Enterprise. Additionally, he will have oversight of the company’s three India-based shared service centers.

Strategic Focus: His primary mandate is to drive the next phase of the company’s growth, with a strong focus on “digital-first” capabilities and strengthening Randstad’s position as a strategic partner for talent across India.

Professional Background: Iyer brings over three decades of leadership experience in the IT services and consulting sector. Most recently, he served as the President of Bajaj Technology Services, the technology business unit of Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited.

Leadership Transition: He succeeds Viswanath PS (Vishy), who served in the role for 12 years. Randstad leadership expressed gratitude to Viswanath for his long-term contributions and for building a strong foundation for the organization.
Commenting on the appointment, Myriam Beatove Moreale, an Executive Board Member at Randstad, highlighted that Iyer’s deep experience in IT and digital transformation will be critical as the company accelerates its “Partner for Talent” strategy.
