Technical Turnaround: SBI Cards Eyeing Rs 700 Target After 30% Peak-to-Trough Slide

SBI Cards & Payment Services is flashing early signs of a trend reversal following a steep, vertical sell-off that wiped over 30% off its value from the October 2025 highs.

After establishing a firm floor above the 550 mark in June, the NBFC stock faced immediate resistance at its 50-day moving average (DMA). However, a subsequent successful retest of this key moving average in July indicates that buyers are aggressively defending lower levels and attempting to shift the near-term momentum.

With technical indicators signaling a positive structural shift, market experts suggest that the stock presents a compelling setup for high-risk, short-term traders. Buying the stock on dips offers an attractive risk-reward ratio, with a projected upside target of Rs 700 over the coming weeks.
