Patanjali Foods Limited has officially announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. This meeting is pivotal as the company will address two major corporate actions: the declaration of a second interim dividend and the release of its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

    Key Meeting Agenda

    • Second Interim Dividend: The board will consider declaring a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

    • Q4 & Annual Results: The board will review and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter (Q3FY26) and the full fiscal year.

    Important Dates for Investors

    • Board Meeting Date: April 21, 2026.

    • Record Date: The company has already fixed Saturday, April 25, 2026, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend, should the board approve it.

    • Trading Window: In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for the company’s shares has been closed since April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.

    Recent Financial Context

Patanjali Foods is heading into this meeting following a strong performance in the previous quarter (Q3FY26):

    • Net Profit: Jumped 60% year-on-year to ₹594 crore.

    • Revenue: Grew 17% to reach ₹10,484 crore, marking its highest-ever quarterly revenue.

    • Previous Payout: The company previously declared a first interim dividend of ₹1.75 per share in November 2025.

Despite the strong earnings growth, the stock has been a laggard over the past year, declining approximately 27%. Investors will be looking to the April 21 results and potential dividend to provide a new catalyst for the stock’s performance.
