    Mumbai, 31 July 2026 — IIRM Holdings India Ltd (BSE: IIRM, 526530) has announced a strategic capital raise of ₹1,500 million (₹150 crore) through a mix of Equity Shares and Fully Convertible Warrants priced at ₹143.28 per share.

    The funding round is led by mid-market private equity firm Carpediem Capital and Sanshi Fund – I, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The issuance remains subject to shareholder and statutory regulatory approvals.

    IIRM Holdings operates across asset protection, risk advisory, employee wellbeing, and insurance distribution with a presence in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Kenya. Its flagship subsidiary, India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd, was India’s first licensed insurance broker and has operated in the Indian market since 2003.
