Mumbai, 31 July 2026 — IIRM Holdings India Ltd (BSE: IIRM, 526530) has announced a strategic capital raise of ₹1,500 million (₹150 crore) through a mix of Equity Shares and Fully Convertible Warrants priced at ₹143.28 per share.
The funding round is led by mid-market private equity firm Carpediem Capital and Sanshi Fund – I, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The issuance remains subject to shareholder and statutory regulatory approvals.
