Fresh Ayurveda-focused personal care brand Nat Habit has announced that it has raised ₹142 crore in a Series C funding round. The all-primary capital injection is earmarked to scale up operations, widen distribution, and support aggressive growth targets.

Key Highlights of the Funding Round

    • Lead Investor: The round was led by Trident Growth Partners.

    • Participating Existing Investors: Bertelsmann India Investments, Mirabilis Investment Trust, and Sharrp Ventures.

    • New Investors: Physis Capital and Hero Family Office.

    • Financial Trajectory: Building on a gross annual revenue of ₹330 crore in FY26, the brand is targeting a robust 60% to 70% revenue growth through the current financial year (FY27).

    Strategic Use of Capital

Nat Habit plans to deploy the fresh funds across three primary strategic pillars:

    1. Portfolio Expansion: Broadening its everyday personal care offerings with upcoming product segments such as body washes, hair colors, serums, and sunscreens.

    2. Distribution & Reach: Scaling omnichannel presence across quick commerce platforms and offline retail networks, while deepening digital penetration into Tier II and Tier III cities.

    3. Manufacturing Scale-up: Strengthening in-house formulation capabilities and scaling production capacity significantly over the next two years to meet rising consumer demand.
